We make extensive use of MatLab for custom data analysis and visualization projects. Below are some resources for our projects.
UroVoid Data Analysis application (Click for link to GitHub repository)
Analyze data files generated using the UroVoid non-invasive voiding assay from MED Associates (Click link to view UroVoid product pages on Med Associates website). With this custom app, you can create cumulative records of voiding events, bin events by light/dark cycle, and create histograms by binning events by time, volume, intermicturition interval, and urine production rate.
Ex-Vivo Bladder Analysis Workflow (Click for link to GitHub repository)
The Ex-Vivo Bladder Analysis Workflow is a collection of MATLAB functions and scripts for analyzing physiological data obtained from the Ex-Vivo Bladder Preparation.
The workflow provides tools for:
- Categorizing experiments into user-defined experimental groups
- Extracting pressure-volume relationships
- Extracting pressure-afferent nerve relationships
- Extracting volume-afferent nerve relationships
- Analyzing transient pressure events (TPEs)
- Generating publication-quality plots of raw and processed data
